Sometimes policies get corrupted in the Marketplace and the only way to solve it is to create a new policy. In these cases, the system might ask for supporting documentation, for which we might need your support.

During the policy application process

We cannot choose a specific physician, as this is an automated process.

Adding a period (.) a comma (,) or spaces

To the policy can affect up to the extent of the carrier not recognizing it, not paying commissions for it, and even not servicing the customer. For this reason, we will eliminate any special character to avoid these inconveniences.
