Status: App submitted
Meaning: Policy was submitted successfully.
Required action: You need to verify details in the confirmation email to ensure information was submitted correctly.
Status: Under Review
Meaning: Unable to submit policy. Our team is looking for a solution and we might need your support updating some information.
Required action: You need to review and make any necessary changes to application.
Status: Incomplete info
Meaning: Missing information is required to submit the application.
Required action: You need to confirm, update, or send information that is required for submission.
Status: Need corrections
Meaning: Incorrect information was sent for submission.
Required action: You need to update and correct information on your Agent Resource Center.
Status: Not Processed
Meaning: Policy was not submitted.
Status: Submitted by agent
Meaning: Policy was submitted by the agent through Direct Enrollment.
Status: Pending for agent
Meaning: There is pending information that you need to send, for the policy to be submitted.
Required action: You should receive a call from us requesting to verify and update the information within 72 hours, not to delay submission.
Meaning: Policy was cancelled on the marketplace.
